Email Notification Settings allow teachers to receive an email when a student submits a Help question, when students send a message with CodeHS Conversations, when students submit an assignment that needs to be graded by the teacher, or when a student enrolls in your section.
There are four notification frequencies to choose from:
Immediately: You will receive an email as soon as the event occurs
Hourly: If there are updates, you will receive an email hourly
Daily: You will receive a daily email at 12:00 AM PT with the previous day's updates
None: No email notification
To set your email notifications for a section:
Navigate to your Section Settings
From your Sections app, click the three dots "..." > then click Edit Section
Click the Email Notifications tab from the left-hand side
Click the bell icon to choose a notification frequency setting:
To set your email notifications for all of your sections:
Navigate to your Account Settings
Click the Notification Settings tab
Click the bell icon to choose a notification frequency setting:
