Email Notification Settings allow teachers to receive an email when a student submits a Help question, when students send a message with CodeHS Conversations, or when students submit an assignment that needs to be graded by the teacher.
There are four notification frequencies to choose from:
Immediately - You will receive an email as soon as the event occurs
Hourly - If there are updates, you will receive an email hourly
Daily - You will receive a daily email at 12:00AM PT with the previous days updates
None- No email notification
To set your email notifications for a section:
Navigate to your Section Settings
From your Teacher page, click the '...' next to the section you would like to change settings for and choose Edit Section
Or when viewing a section, choose the gear icon in the upper right corner
Choose notification frequency under Notification Settings.
To set your email notifications for all of your sections:
Navigate to your Account Settings
Choose the Notification Settings tab
