CodeHS Conversation tool is a way to send messages to your students that aren't about a specific assignment. If you're looking to post a message or announcement to an entire section, check out the Announcements tool. Both tools can be found in the Messages App.

Conversations can be initiated by students or teachers. Once a message is sent, the recipient will see a notification appear in their Inbox along the top of the CodeHS page.

Accessing Conversations

  1. Click on the Toolbox in the top nav bar

  2. Look under Classroom > click Messages

  3. Click on the Conversations tab
