Teachers can find Due Dates and Access Controls under Course Settings. Click Here to go directly to this page.

Under Course Settings in the top nav bar is the option Due Dates + Access Controls

Available Settings on this Page

  • Due Date Settings allow you to set due dates on assignments, lessons, and modules. Any student submissions of an item after its due date will be marked as late in the Gradebook.

  • Access Controls lets you lock modules, lessons, or assignments. Everything in a course defaults to being Available. Students will see locked assignments on their assignments page, but will not be able to access them.

  • Is Assigned sets which curriculum is assigned to the section. Unassigned curriculum will not be visible to students, will show as NA in the Gradebook, and won't be factored into student grades.

You can use the Section drop down arrow to switch between settings for different sections.
