Getting started with CodeHS is quick and easy for educators! If you're looking to integrate computer science into your classroom, here's how to sign up:
How to Sign Up
To create your account, visit: codehs.com/signup/teacher. You have two quick and easy options to sign up:
Manual Registration: Fill in your personal information directly on the sign up page.
Sign Up with Google: For a faster setup, click the "Sign Up With Google" button and use your existing Google account.
Signing Up Without A School
To sign up for a teacher account without an affiliated school, you can follow these steps:
Visit codehs.com/signup/teacher, and sign up with Google or manually, as shown above (feel free to use your personal email in place of a school-issued email).
Once you reach the Find Your School page, select your State, and for the School Name field, click "Can't find your school? Click here to enter in your school information manually".
Enter N/A as the School Name, and fill out the other fields (City, Postal Code, Phone Number) with your information. Feel free to list School Type and School Level as Other.
Click Next and answer any remaining sign-up questions.
Verify Your Email Address
Once you've created your account, you'll receive a confirmation email to verify your email address. Once verified, you will be able to start the Teacher Verification process. This will allow you to gain access to restricted resources such as Solutions, the Teacher Forum, and the Problem Bank.
