You can create custom canned response to quickly and easily provide feedback on a student's code. Once you create a custom canned response for an assignment, you will be able to use it anytime you're grading that activity.

Navigate to the assignment &gt; then click on the Grade tab

Click + add custom canned response

Write your response in the space provided and then click Add Response

1. Navigate to the assignment &gt; then click on the Grade tab

3. Write your response in the space provided and then click Add Response

Under Delete Canned Response, click on the letter associated with the canned response you want to delete

Refresh the page to see the changes reflected

1. Navigate to the assignment &gt; and then the Grade tab
2. Under Delete Canned Response, click on the letter associated with the canned response you want to delete
3. Click Yes to confirm deletion
4. Refresh the page to see the changes reflected

With CodeHS Pro, custom canned responses can also be used globally. 

To create a global canned response, check "Make this a global canned response visible on any assignment" when creating a canned response.

Pro teachers can also use and create custom canned responses while grading assignments in Fast Grade.

To create a custom canned response in Fast Grade:

Click on Canned Responses to open the menu

Add a new custom canned response by clicking the + add custom canned response

Select whether the response should be a global custom canned response

1. Click on Canned Responses to open the menu
2. Add a new custom canned response by clicking the + add custom canned response
3. Select whether the response should be a global custom canned response
4. Click Add Response
