You can use folders in the CodeHS Sandbox IDE to organize programs.
Creating a Folder
Click the blue plus sign
Enter a name for your new folder
Click Add Folder
Moving Programs into a Folder
Click the three dots next to the program
Click Move to Folder
Choose a folder and click Move to Folder
Moving a Program to a Different Folder
Click the three dots next to a program
Choose Move to Folder
Select a sub-folder, or choose No Folder to move the program back to your main Sandbox page
Creating Programs and Sub-Folders
Click on any folder to open it
Click Create Program to create a new program within the folder
Click the blue plus sign to create a sub-folder
