Assigning a Sandbox program from the Assignments Page

You can assign a Sandbox program directly from the Assignments page: 

From the Existing Content tab, select Sandbox Program.

Choose whether to assign as an Example or Exercise.

Select a Module and Lesson from the dropdown menus: 

1. Click Add near the upper-right.
2. From the Existing Content tab, select Sandbox Program.
3. Choose whether to assign as an Example or Exercise.
4. Select the Sandbox program.
5. Select a Module and Lesson from the dropdown menus:

Assigning a Sandbox program from your Sandbox

You can assign a Sandbox program to your Course straight from your Sandbox or you can add the program to a Playlist. 

Adding a Sandbox program to your Course Assignments

1. Click Share at the top of the Code Editor
2. Click Assign in the pop-up modal
3. Add a description, choose if you would like the program to be assigned as an Exercise or as an Example, and then choose the course you would like to add it to
4. Click Assign 
5. After assigning, click the link at the bottom of the modal to preview the assignment. The program will be added to the bottom of the last module in your course. ​

From your Sandbox or your Class Sandbox:

1. Click the three dots(...) next to the program and choose Share
2. Choose Assign in the pop-up modal
3. Add a description, choose if you would like the program to be assigned as an exercise or as an example, and then choose the course you would like to add it to
4. Click Assign 
5. After assigning, click the link at the bottom of the modal to preview the assignment.

- From the Code Editor or IDE:
 1. Click Share at the top of the Code Editor
 2. Click Assign in the pop-up modal
 3. Add a description, choose if you would like the program to be assigned as an Exercise or as an Example, and then choose the course you would like to add it to
 4. Click Assign 
 5. After assigning, click the link at the bottom of the modal to preview the assignment. The program will be added to the bottom of the last module in your course. ​

Choose the Playlist you would like to add the program to

1. Navigate to your Sandbox&nbsp;
2. Click ... next to any program
3. Click + Add to Playlist
4. Choose the Playlist you would like to add the program to

To see the Sandbox program in your Playlist, click Create on the left-hand sidebar under the Assignments category to access your Create Dashboard and view the Playlist.
