If a student has been removed from your section roster, a teacher or administrator can re-enroll them with either Full Access or View Only Access.

Full Access

Selecting Full Access will add the student back into the section and allow them to access their assignments, while also giving teachers and administrators full access to their data. This is the recommended option if students will be continuing to work on their course assignments.

View Only Access

Selecting View Only Access will allow students to log in to CodeHS but will prevent them from accessing their assignments; only the section teacher(s) and district administrators will be able to see their grades and the work they completed. This is the recommended option for teachers who are only looking to see student grades and assignment data.

How to Restore a Student Account:

To make this update, go to Toolbox > Classroom Data. Then click the Section Enrollment History tab. Select your section from the Section dropdown, and then click the Restore button to restore the student account.

Navigating to Toolbox, then clicking Classroom Data, then clicking the Section Enrollment History tab, choose your section, click Restore button

If the student was rostered through an integration, any restored students will still remain in the section after the nightly sync.
