Troubleshooting: Loading Videos on CodeHop (Elementary)

Find out how to address an error that prevents videos from loading properly

When loading our embedded videos from the Ready-to-Go Lesson Slides, you may see the error message: "Unable to play video. Error:5."

To address this, make sure that your browser is set to allow third-party cookies. When cookies are being blocked by your browser, you'll likely see this message in the address bar:

To correct this, click on the "cookies blocked" message and toggle the setting to allow third-party cookies:

Once cookies have been enabled, refresh the page and the videos will be available!
