On CodeHS Free and Pro you have the ability to grade a single assignment through the Grade Tab in the Code Editor and from the Assignment Page. 

Steps to Grade a Single Assignment from Code Editor

  1. Go to the section roster and select which student's work you want to grade

  2. Go to the assignment you want to grade

  3. Click on the Grade tab

  4. From the Grade tab, you can "Award Full Credit", select "Needs Work", give a custom score, add comments, or give the student a zero

Pro Feature

With CodeHS Pro, you can quickly grade an assignment for multiple students from the assignment page. 

Steps to Grade a Single Assignment from the Assignment Page

  1. Go to the Section Assignments page 

  2. Navigate to the Assignment you want to grade 

  3. Click on the Grading Icon 

  4. Select the student(s) you want to grade and submit the student grade: you can award full credit, give zero, reset code, or navigate to Fast Grade

You can also view the Assignment Grading Page for other assignments in your Section by utilizing the drop-down menu and selecting a different assignment to grade from the list.

From the Gradebook

You can also access this page by clicking the Assignment name in the Gradebook.
