With Custom Extra Activities, teachers can go beyond the built-in Typing curriculum. You can create your own practice passages, including vocabulary words, content from other classes, or sentences tailored to your students. Students can then practice those passages alongside their regular Typing lessons.

Extra Activities

Each custom activity appears as a card showing its title, description, number of phrases, status, goals, timer, and attempts. From the tile, you can:

  • Copy Link: Copy a direct link to share the activity.

  • Preview: Try the activity as a student would see it.

  • Edit: Change the title, description, lines, or requirements.

  • Assign: Make the activity available to students in your section.

  • Remove: Remove the activity from this section (can be reassigned in "Activities Library/Manage Activities" > "In Use".
