What are CodeHS LOGIC Assessments?
CodeHS LOGIC Assessments (Learner Outcomes for Growth and Computing) are designed to help educators measure student growth in computer science throughout the school year. These assessments include a pretest given at the start of the course and a posttest administered at the end of the course.
LOGIC Tests help teachers understand what students know on day one and clearly measure how much they have learned by the end of the year. The results provide actionable insights into student progress while generating clear growth data. With CodeHS LOGIC Assessments, teachers can quickly assess baseline skills to set growth goals and demonstrate meaningful learning outcomes.
Aligned to CodeHS Tennessee Courses and Tennessee CTE standards
CodeHS LOGIC tests will be available for the following Tennessee courses: Tennessee Computer Science Foundations, Tennessee Coding I, Tennessee Cybersecurity I, Tennessee Web Design Foundations, and Tennessee Introduction to Computer Science.
LOGIC Tests are aligned with Tennessee CTE standards. This alignment ensures that assessments measure the knowledge and skills students are expected to master in their Tennessee computer science courses.
