How to Create a QuizBuzz

Create a new QuizBuzz using either the QuizBuzz or AI Creator apps.

Students love games, so we wanted to create a gamified tool to engage students in the learning process and help teachers guage how their students are progressing.

Create in the QuizBuzz App

Explore QuizBuzz and My QuizBuzzes Tabs

  1. Click +Create New QuizBuzz

  2. Write new questions or import questions from pre-existing quizzes

If you write new questions:

  1. Add question text and answer choices

  2. Click Create

If you import questions:

  1. Select Course

  2. Select a quiz

  3. Click Import

You can also remix a QuizBuzz back into a regular quiz.

  1. Navigate to the Assignments tool in the Courses App.

  2. Click on the "..." (more options) menu associated with the QuizBuzz item.

  3. Click Remix.

  4. Within the remix options, click on Quiz: Convert QuizBuzz into a quiz.

Create in the AI Creator App

Create Tab

  1. Select “Quiz” from Activity Type

  2. Select the Programming Language

  3. Select from Suggestions

  4. Click the arrow

  5. Click the trophy button to convert a quiz to a QuizBuzz
