Earlier this year, College Board announced new revisions for AP Computer Science A, and we have created a new course based on these revisions that is now endorsed by College Board. We are thrilled to share that College Board has officially approved the new CodeHS AP Computer Science A (CSA) course!

This new course—AP Computer Science A (Cortado)—is fully-aligned to the 2025-26 Course Exam and Description for AP CSA.

View the new endorsed course syllabus here. You can now access and select the new CodeHS syllabus in the College Board course audit system to complete the College Board course audit.

AP Computer Science A (Cortado) will launch on May 29th. On this date, the full course will be available in our course catalog for teachers to create sections and enroll students.
