Importing Code

Teachers and students can now import code from other assignments within a course into their current assignment. You can access this feature in an assignment by clicking More > Import From Assignment:

In the Import From Assignment tab, you can use the Assignment drop-down menu to find code from another assignment to import. Once you select an assignment to import, click Import Code > Import:

Note: This feature is available for all assignments except Karel assignments

Reverting Code Back

If you would like to revert your code back to the way it was before the import, you can do this from the History tab:

  • Click More > History

  • Click on a snapshot of the code from before the import > click Restore from Snapshot
