Viewing Data for Schools, Teachers, Administrators Sections, and Students

All of these Apps can be found under the Organization heading in the left hand nav bar. Each App has an overview page, allowing you to see a list view with top level data. Each app also allows you to click on a specific item and see a more detailed, granular view.

Clicking on the name of a Course brings you into the Course Usage for that course.

Course Usage

The Course Usage tool is a list of all the sections that are using a specific course, a Section is a group of students working on a Course. For each section using this Course, you can see the status, teacher, average course progress, teacher course, and assignments overlap.

The Assignments Overlap indicates which assignments are from the original course (green), how many assignments were removed from the original course (red), and how many assignments were added to the teacher course (blue). The added assignments might be from a different CodeHS course, just not from the teacher course for that section.

Course Information

The Course Information tool details the CodeHS template course that teachers are using.
