To create a custom course on CodeHS, make your way to the Create section of the toolbox, and click on the purple Create Tab.

From there, you can create a custom course by entering a name for your course, and hitting clicking the green create button located underneath the My Custom Courses header.

Now, all that’s left to do is add material to the course!

Just like the standard course offered on CodeHS, you can break down your courses into Modules, Lessons, and Activities.

To add a module, enter text into the text box on the bottom left hand side of the screen and hit the blue plus button next to it.

Once the module has been created, you can add lessons and activities to the module by clicking on the module.

To add lessons, just type in the text box at the bottom of the screen, and to add activities, type the name of the activity into the text box embedded in the Lesson that you would like to add it to.

When you are done creating lessons and activities, you can subscribe you sections to the course by clicking the maroon colored button in the bottom right corner, and choose which classes will be able to access the content.
